Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between FOP "HYDROTECH" (hereinafter — "Company", "Seller") and users of the website hydro-tech.com.ua (hereinafter — "Website", "User").

1.2. These Terms are developed in accordance with:

• The Civil Code of Ukraine;
• The Commercial Code of Ukraine;
• The Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991;
• The Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015;
• Rules for the sale of goods by order and outside commercial premises (CMU Resolution No. 103 dated 19.03.1994).

1.3. Use of the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Seller Information

In accordance with Art. 7 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce", the Seller provides the above information for identification purposes.

3. Subject of Agreement

3.1. The Company sells quick release couplings (QRC) for hydraulic systems and related components (hereinafter — "Goods").

3.2. The Website is an informational resource and a tool for receiving User inquiries. The Website is not an online store; final pricing and delivery terms are agreed upon individually with a Company manager.

3.3. Information on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer under Art. 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

4. Ordering Procedure

4.1. To place an order, the User fills out a contact form providing their name and phone number.

4.2. After receiving the request, a Company manager contacts the User to clarify order details, pricing, and delivery terms.

4.3. The purchase agreement is considered concluded upon confirmation by both parties (in accordance with Art. 11 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce").

4.4. By submitting the form, the User confirms consent to personal data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. Product prices are not listed on the Website and are communicated by a Company manager upon request.

5.2. Payment is made based on an issued invoice via bank transfer to the FOP account.

5.3. All payments are made in the national currency of Ukraine — the hryvnia (UAH).

6. Delivery

6.1. Goods are delivered throughout Ukraine.

6.2. Delivery method and cost are agreed upon with the User during order confirmation.

6.3. Delivery times depend on stock availability and the selected shipping method.

7. Warranty and Returns

7.1. Product warranty is provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and manufacturer terms.

7.2. The User may return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods have not been used and their appearance and packaging are preserved (Art. 9 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection").

7.3. Return of defective goods is carried out under Art. 8 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection": the User is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All Website materials (texts, images, graphics, logos, design) are intellectual property of the Company or its partners.

8.2. Copying, distributing, or using Website materials without written consent is prohibited under the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Company is not liable for temporary Website unavailability due to maintenance or force majeure.

9.2. The Company is not liable for the content of external websites linked from the Website.

9.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached — in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

10.2. The User may file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or with a court.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. The updated version is published on the Website.

11.2. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
