1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") defines the procedure for collecting, storing, using, and protecting personal data of users of the website hydro-tech.com.ua (hereinafter — "Website").

1.2. The data controller is FOP "HYDROTECH" (hereinafter — "Company"), registered under the laws of Ukraine.

1.3. This Policy is developed in accordance with:

• The Constitution of Ukraine (Article 32);
• The Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010;
• The Law of Ukraine "On Information" No. 2657-XII dated 02.10.1992;
• The Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

1.4. By using the Website and/or submitting personal data, the User provides voluntary, informed consent to the processing of personal data under the terms of this Policy.

• Selected product/service name.
